Jason J Dougherty is a New York–based Hair Artist whose work spans film, television, Broadway, editorial, and salon artistry. With over 15 years in the beauty and entertainment industries, his approach blends technical precision with cinematic storytelling, texture, and transformation.

His work includes productions such as Disclosure Day, The Bride, Marty Supreme, FBI: Most Wanted, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Fleishman Is in Trouble, BROS, Diana: The Musical, The Cher Show, and My Fair Lady.

Jason’s artistic foundation began in performance and theater, later evolving through advanced cosmetology training and editorial work featured in publications including Glamour, POPSUGAR, Modern Salon, Behind the Chair, and Hairbrained.
